Regular Recurring Cleaning and deep cleaning services

you determine the priorities

 

New clients are asked to fill out the deep clean questionnaire on our booking page and require a consult and inspection of the property ahead of the first scheduled visit. Photographs and videos accepted. We do not offer blind quotes since we charge hourly rates.

In person consultation fee: $50

Cleaning Hourly Rates for Recurring (Weekly/Biweekly) Cleaning Services: $75 Per Person Hour

Deep Cleaning (One time Cleaning): $125 Per Person Hour

Emergency cleaning and Covid disinfection services booked within 24 hours notice of time requested: $125 Per Person Hour

Relocation cleaning for turning over rentals, selling or buying of property that you want deep cleaned: $125 Per Person Hour

*Please note that no other contractors or moving companies can be booked on the property at the same time we are scheduled to come, without giving us that information prior to your booking, as it creates a very hazardous condition for all present.

We have a two hour minimum for all bookings and a four person hour minimum for two cleaners.

Travel time will be added for any work further than 15 miles from Center City Philadelphia.

Client will need to provide parking or pay for any parking fees required to work at their location.

We offer cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting (EPA approved) services to help keep your space safe and you healthy and at peace. We are taking all precautionary measures to protect you and our employees. We wear full PPE to every job, practice social distancing with each other and our clients and have all taken a STOP-Covid course for essential businesses. We follow the CDC’s recommendations and guidelines.

Recurring weekly and biweekly cleanings: We take on regular weekly and biweekly clients and then the rest we schedule as best we can with clients on an on call, as needed basis. At this time we’re no longer taking triweekly or monthly regular cleaning clients, because they do not fit well with our team’s schedules.

For recurring regular clients we offer to invoice once per month at the beginning of each month, once an average time frame and rate is set. You can choose how much time you wish us to spend on a determined set of priorities and we can set a going amount on that average time frame. We have a GPS connected clock in and clock out system for each team member and charge $50 per person hour for all of our recurring cleaning services. We take all of the payment methods listed at the bottom of this page.

We bring our own equipment and tools. We use products that we trust and know work best on the correct surfaces. We can always adjust to your product or equipment preferences when requested. We come prepared with protective gear and all of the cleaning and sanitizing supplies needed.

Terms and Conditions: All incoming clients are required to have a credit card on file. We will send you an invoice following our work via Jobber Payments. All payments are due on receipt and are not optional after the services have been rendered. If there is any issue taken with our services whatsoever we will schedule a return visit as soon as notified to address the complaints. A weekly late fee of $25 will be added to any unpaid invoices. If the unpaid amount of any invoice exceeds $500 we reserve the right to file a Mechanics Lien if the contract of business is broken.

Tranquillitas Living LLC reserve’s the right to photograph and film our work and take before and after photos for any job. If we want to share the documentation on our website or social media, we will contact you ahead of publishing to ask for your permission.

No mess, space, or job is too big or small; we take care of it all. If you want to declutter and organize your home or business, we schedule time with our clients one on one. We thrive in challenging spaces and dive right in to help you untangle the mess or whatever it is that is causing you stress. In fact, we take it all apart one piece at a time, much like a fine comb through a rat’s nest, while doing an inventory of every single item for the client from start to finish that’s chosen to be donated. We clean and tidy as we go, and include our full deep cleaning and tidying services as part of our decluttering and organization contracts. Then, we organize spaces after they have been decluttered and cleaned with the client so that everything is put where it should belong and has a better chance of remaining in its proper place. Furthermore, we assist clients in finding helpful solutions with their belongings (e.g., storage and space management.)

We also can assist in the selling of any items of value, apply to local auction houses for estates large and small, take donations to local charities that accept them, provide selected items to family members, friends, or neighbors, and we go above and beyond to make sure that as much gets recycled as possible. We have encouraged donations of thousands of items in this short time we have been established to our local favorite charities and businesses that have taken, recycles, resells or reuses them rather than lets them go to waste.

Tranquillitas Living LLC is insured by PCI Insurance (Pet Care Insurance) for Dog Walking and Housesitting with Pets and without.

Regular weekly and biweekly cleaning clients get an additional $25 off any of our house and pet sitting services.
