Tranquillitas assists our Organization, Decluttering and Relocation Management clients with listing and selling their items via multiple platforms at a 40% Commission Rate.

Listing & Resale Support

You already know what you want to let go of—we’ll handle the rest.

This service is designed for clients who have already completed the decision-making process and are ready to move items out of their home. We manage the listing and resale process from start to finish so your items can move on without adding to your to-do list.

💰 Pricing

  • $50 initial consultation (in-person or virtual)

  • $100 per person, per hour

  • + 40% commission on items sold

⏱️ Timeline

  • Listings: typically 5–7 days

  • Sales: typically 1–4 weeks (varies by item)

➕ Additional Support (As Needed)

Some items may require additional time beyond standard listing and coordination, including:

  • Packing, shipping, or drop-off handling

  • In-person exchange coordination or facilitation (meeting buyers, hand-off support)

  • Cross-posting to additional platforms

  • Light item preparation, cleaning, or restoration

All time is billed at our standard rate of $100 per person, per hour.

  • Storage (small items only, when available)
    (Custom or weekly rates apply - Storage for small items is available when needed at $25–$50 per week, depending on volume. This is intended as a short-term solution while items are actively being listed and sold.)

Please note: we do not provide storage for large items or furniture—these must remain on the client’s property or in client-arranged storage, or be scheduled for prompt pickup while awaiting sale.

How is this different from organizing services?

Our organizing services focus on helping you decide what to keep, let go of, and how to set up your space.
Bazaar Listing & Resale Support begins once those decisions have already been made and focuses solely on preparing, listing, and selling items.

Do I need to have everything sorted first?

Yes—this service is for clients who already know what they’d like to let go of. If you need help deciding, we recommend starting with an organizing session.

What kinds of items are a good fit?

Items with a reasonable resale value (generally $75+). Lower-value items may be grouped into bundles or redirected to donation or reuse options.

Where are items listed?

We list across platforms including eBay, Depop, our website, and EcoCircle Network, selecting the best fit based on the item.

What if my items don’t sell?

We’ll review pricing and positioning. If items remain unsold, we’ll discuss next steps (price adjustments, bundling, arranging donation, gifting to family or friends, return to home or exploring alternative options).

Do you handle pickup and shipping?

Yes—coordination is included. Full handling (drop-off, packing, and shipping) is available as an add-on.
